We are looking for individuals to help provide person centered support and care to our service users who may have complex and/or challenging behaviours.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing a structured care approach in supporting both children and adults to live independently, learn new skills and help them to experience a full and varied life. We provide staff to NHS facilities, Social services, Private hospitals, Private residential homes and Community care.
RGNs, RMNs, and Dual trained Nurses
Qualified nurses with a range of experience in mental and physical health with experience in rehabilitation for brain injury and complex needs. Team members will receive regular online and physical training modules specific to their areas of care to ensure they are fully up to date with all aspects of mandatory training in accordance with Care Quality Commission and safeguarding.
Support workers and Carers
Support workers and Carers experienced in working with adults and children who may have complex and challenging needs including: autism, brain injury, learning disability, and people who are deaf. Team members, where ever possible will be match by their experiences to address the needs of the service users, completing regular online training modules to ensure they are fully up to date with all aspects of mandatory training in accordance with Care Quality Commission and safeguarding.
