Day To Day Care

A number of Focus on Care service users require 24 hour care with one or two staff or even more. Focus on Care will provide a specially chosen team, introduced to you gradually, always seeking your feedback about our workers.

As part of your 24 hour care package we will come and meet you to discuss your individual needs, hopes and aspirations, working with you to develop a package of care that suits you. This will enable you to be as independent as possible, to make as many choices as you can about your own life and to participate in the community. We have a common sense approach to risk assessment and realise that people need to make their own decisions as far as possible.

Our CHOICES framework is a document in easy to read English with pictures which we can work through with you to plan your care so you feel really in control.

If you have any comments, compliments or complaints, we are always happy to hear them and there are a number of ways that you can contact Focus on Care once your package is in place.

Our Registered Manager, Andrew Kapfunde will personally ensure that you have the opportunity to discuss the care we provide and to make any improvements as time goes on.
